April Training Schedule

Here are Aprils track sessions. Start at 6.45 arrive early if you want to have a few laps of the track.

4th April: (Louise)
3 x 800m – 60 sec recovery between
3 mins rest
6 x400m – 45 sec recovery between

11th April: (Julie)
6,5,4,3,2,1 min with half recovery
5 x 30sec 30sec recovery
5 x 15sec 15sec recovery

18th April (Matt)
6 x 2mins 1min recovery
10 x 1 min 30 sec recovery

25th April: (Louise)
8x3 mins with 90 sec recovery

Also if anyone fancy's we normally pop in the Angel (Spinkhill) for a drink and chat after.
