Thursday Night Training – 15th Nov

Everyone is welcome to join us at the Spinkhill track on Thursday for another easy session as per usual :-) The session starts at 7pm arrive early enough for a few warm up laps beforehand. This week we will be doing 400m, 600m, 800m, 600m, 400m. with 90 sec recovery between each.
