Thursday Night Training – 6th Feb

Once again our Thursday training session will be at the track at Mount St Mary's College, Spinkhill. This week the planned session is 5 x 2 min with 1 min recovery, 10 x 1 min with 30 sec recovery. The session starts at 6:45pm, please arrive earlier to run a few warm up laps before.

Tuesday Night Runs for all abilities!

It was the last Whitwell Woods run of the season on Tuesday 24th September, thanks to John Proffitt for leading us round all Summer! Back to the Winter routes from 1st October, meeting at Clowne Community Centre for a 6:30pm start - ideally sporting a bit of hi-vis!
