Clowne Cross Country
42 members ran the home event in the inter club cross country series yesterday finishing a fantastic joint 1st for the Men, 1st for the Ladies, and 1st Overall and also the first time Clowne Ladies have won on home turf! Lewis Banton led the men home finishing 1st overall and Sarah Attwood, all the way from the Isle of Skye, was 1st lady home for Clowne and 1st lady overall. With one last event to go, all three trophies are in sight for CRR’s, let’s see plenty of red vests out there for the finale.

Scunthorpe 10k
Well done to Steve Tebb and Jane Tupling who both ran the Scunthorpe 10k, both achieving new PB’s and Bronze club standards, Steve with a time of 45:30 and Jane 1:00:22.
Stamford Striders Valentine 30k
Mike Brown and Steve Tebb ran the Stamford Striders Valentine 30k race with Mike finishing in a time of 2:33:00 and Steve 2:39:57.
