European Duathlon Championships
Congratulations also to Gemma Scougal who represented Team GB Age Group at the European Duathlon Championships in Soria, Spain. It was a sprint distance (5km run, 21km bike, 2.5km run) with a flat run through the park (great for spectators) and the bike was a hilly out and back out. ‘It was an amazing experience, and despite having a cold the week before, I finished 12th in the age group. Looking forward to next years race in lbiza!’
