Rhug Estate 10k Trail Race
John Proffitt has been on his travels again completing the Rhug Estate 10k Trail Race. A tough race run through the Welsh forests & farm tracks of a private estate near Corwen, North Wales, John was 1st MV60. Sheffield Half Marathon
Nick Roberts ran a new PB in the Sheffield Half Marathon with a time of 1:33:02.
