Saucony English National X Country Championships
Well done to the guys who ran at Wollaton Park on Saturday at the Saucony English National X Country Championships in extremely muddy conditions. First home was Jordan Street in 50:07 followed by Steve Battle 55:04, Nick Roberts 1:00:24, Paul Sadler 1:02:35 and Richard Hind 1:05:31.
Harewood House Half Marathon
A handful of CRR’s ran the Harewood House Half Marathon from the GP race calendar. Completing the challenging course was Paul Sadler, Louise Lowe 2:03:02, Julie King 2:03:02, Lynn Hazelton 2:27:01 and Jim McIntosh 2:33:20.
Carsington Water Half Marathon
Graham Worsfold finished a fantastic 5th in the Carsington Water Half Marathon with a time of 1:26:44.
Tokyo Marathon
Finally, Malc Stapleton has run in the recent Tokyo Marathon finishing in a time of 3:11:26 which also bags him a Good For Age London place. Malc has now completed all 6
