Gareth Lowe ran Wilne 10k in 33:12 winning Gold Derbyshire Championship V40 medal.
Sherwood Pines 10k and Jordan Street took 1st place in 37:00, Paul Sadler 30th in 44:59 and Julie King 116th in 52:18.
Jim McIntosh completed the Major Stone Half Marathon in a time of 2:10:30.
On Sat 13th Marc Waddingham finished 2nd at Clumber parkrun in 17:46 and achieved a silver standard.

Sunday 21st Nick Fowler finished the Owston ferry 10k in 38:10 coming home in 8th place and bagged a new pb by 1:30

Last Saturday Helen Worsfold completed Rother Valley parkrun in 24:42 getting her first ever club standard (bronze)
Jackie Robson ran Poolsbrook parkrun in 22:25 and was 2nd lady V50
On Sunday Peter Twigg ran Dereham 5k race in 17:28, earning himself a new pb
