Tuesday Night Social Runs

Whitwell Wood sessions will start back at 6.30pm on Tuesday 31st March, meet in the layby. The clocks go forward on 28th March so it should be light enough for a 4 miler!! Due to trees being cut down some routes have been decimated, but we'll find a way round.

Thursday Night Training

This weeks training session on Thursday will be at the track at Mount St Mary's as usual. This week the session is 6 x 300m with 100m walk recovery, 2 x100m with 100m jog recovery. The session starts at 6:45pm, please arrive earlier to run a few warm up laps before starting the drills.

Once again our Thursday training session will be at the track at Mount St Mary's College, Spinkhill. This week the planned session is 5 x 2 min with 1 min recovery, 10 x 1 min with 30 sec recovery. The session starts at 6:45pm, please arrive earlier to run a few warm up laps before.

Change of location for training just for tonight

*IMPORTANT MESSAGE* Due to a rugby match at Mount St Mary’s there will be no track session this Thursday evening (17/10) Back to normal next week! We will though be meeting at Barlborough Links. Meet at the top on the road behind MacDonalds for 6.45 all welcome.
