Saturday 28th June http://www.runbritain.com/race/dam-flask-relayssouth-yorkshire-championship This race is a relay of 4 stages of 3.7 miles for men and 3 stages of 3.7 miles for women. Please let Louise Lowe know if you would like to take part.

Saturday 9th July is the date set for the Derwent River Relays, last year we took 6 teams to this event winning overall men's and 2nd senior female. This is a family event, the fun run starts at 1:30pm with the main relays taking place at 2:30pm, we take food and enjoy a picnic after.…
