\"\"<\/a>First one result from last week, Gary Cadman finished in 10th place in the Thorney 5 mile in 28:10.<\/p>\n

Matt Martin has been over in Guernsey checking on his off-shore accounts and ran the Guernsey Athletics Club Summer XC Race (4.75 miles) and came 5th in a time of 27:46. He also ran Guernsey Parkrun in a time of 18:51.<\/p>\n

At Pilsley Fell Race on Thursday Richard Hind finished the 6 mile course in 52:31.<\/p>\n

On Saturday, Mike Brown ran the Double or Quits or More and completed 3 lots of 5 mile loops in very even splits totalling 2:01:27.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Sunday saw the latest race in our Grand Prix series, the Longshaw Trust 10K. A tough course on a hot day took its toll. First home for the Club in 3rd place was Lewis Banton in 41:25. First Lady was Helen Lindley in 48:21, followed by Darren McQuaide in 52:41. Steve Hattersley finished in 53:07; Paul Taylor 57:43; Andrea Walker 58:10; Giles Searby 1:02:10; Chris Lindley 1:02:57 and Ian Rookes 1:10:26. Some timing glitches mean finish times are still TBC for Bridget Hemstock, Graham Sheen and Jim McIntosh (Jim is on the case to sort it!).<\/p>\n
