Thursday Night Training Session at Spinkhill track

This weeks training session will take place on the Spinkhill track as normal. We will be starting at 7pm so please get there in plenty of time to run a few warm up laps before the session.

Matt is in charge again and has set this weeks session which is: 800/600/400/200 x 3 sets with 60 second recovery between each distance and between each set.
