This weeks training session is at the Spinkhill track on Thursday as usual. The session will be 4x4 mins 90 sec recovery 4x2mins 60 sec recovery. Session starts at 7pm so please arrive in time for a few warm up laps beforehand. It's good value at only £2 towards the use of the track. If you would like to come along to run but don't fancy a structured session you are still welcome to join us.
